MOTION - CONTRACT AWARD - FRANKLIN AVENUE PEDESTRIAN PATH
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by motion, award Contract No. C00779, Franklin Avenue Pedestrian Path, in the amount of $293,665.50 to the lowest responsible bidder, Siri Grading and Paving, Inc. of Santa Rosa, California, approve a 15% contract contingency, and authorize a total contract amount of $337,715.33. The source of funds is Gas Tax. No City General Fund money is included in this project.
