RESOLUTION - ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT PROGRAM EXTENSION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Police Department that the Council, by resolution, approve the 10-year extension of the Santa Rosa Police Departments participation in the Sonoma County Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program, through June 30, 2035, and delegate authority to the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to execute all agreements and amendments with the Sonoma County Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Service Authority, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
