MOTION - THIRD AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NUMBER F003096 WITH ATKINSON, ANDELSON, LOYA, RUUD & ROMO
RECOMMENDATION: The Human Resources Department and the City Attorney’s Office recommend that the Council, by motion, approve the Third Amendment to Professional Services Agreement Number F003096 with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, a Professional Law Corporation, increasing compensation by $250,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $625,000. This item has no impact on current fiscal year budget.
