To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: SONOMA COUNTY LIBRARY JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT REVIEW In 1964, the County of Sonoma, City of Santa Rosa, and the Library Trustees entered into a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) that resulted in the Santa Rosa-Sonoma County Free Public Library System.  In 1973, the Board of Supervisors directed the County Administrator to evaluate the current library system with the goal of providing services to all the citizens of the County through an equitable method of representation and financing.  In March 2012, the Board of Supervisors directed County staff to "go back and look at Library management structure, efficiencies, cost savings, opportunities to collaborate with partner cities, and review the JPA, and return to the Board with a status report and recommendations on areas of improvement."
