MOTION - KAWANA SPRINGS COMMUNITY PARK GARDEN - CONTINGENCY ACTION
RECOMMENDATION: The Transportation and Public Works and Parks Departments recommend that the Council, by motion, approve an increase in construction contingency funds for the Kawana Springs Community Park Garden, Contract No. C02393, in the amount of $150,000, increasing the total contract amount to $1,875,111.30.
