To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: DEVELOPMENT SERVICES STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN In late 2022, the City of Santa Rosa’s (City) Planning and Economic Development Department initiated the process to develop a Development Services Strategic Business Plan to guide development-related customer service, pre-application, encroachment permit review, entitlement permit review and public review meetings, and building and fire plan check and inspection services related to private land use and development in the City; and to build mission alignment across City Departments and Divisions, including common priorities, performance and reporting measures, and objectives. The study session will provide the City Council with an update about the community, stakeholder, and staff engagement process to gather feedback and insight and will review the proposed recommendations for the Department to focus on over the next three years.
