MOTION - AUTHORITY TO ISSUE DESIGN-BUILD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SPRING CREEK DR AND UTAH CT ASPHALT DEPRESSION
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Transportation and Public Works that the Council, by motion, approve the use of the Design-Build procurement method as in the best interest of the City and authorize issuance of a Request for Proposals for the Spring Creek Drive and Utah Court Asphalt Depressions project.
