MOTION - RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO GRANT A UTILITY EASEMENT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY OVER RIGHT-OF-WAY DESIGNATED FOR THE FUTURE FARMERS LANE EXTENSION
RECOMMENDATION: Santa Rosa Water, the Transportation and Public Works Department, and Real Estate Services recommend that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, recommend that the City Council approve the grant of a utility easement to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) over a portion of City-owned property dedicated to the City as right-of-way on the map of Dauenhauer Ranch, Phase 2, formerly identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 038-261-016 (Property), and authorize the Director of Transportation and Public Works or designee to execute the Easement Deed, substantially in the form attached as Attachment 1. This item has no impact on the current fiscal year budget.
