To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

BACKGROUND: On March 3, 2020, the City Council authorized the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with PlaceWorks, Inc., for preparation of the General Plan Update. Since that time City staff and PlaceWorks have developed and obtained public comments for a Community Involvement Strategy for the project, the purpose of which is to ensure that effective, diverse communication occurs through a community-wide outreach and engagement program.
The requested motion to waive Policy 000-06 will allow the Director of the Planning and Economic Development Department to select CAC members, as necessary, to ensure it has diverse representation from neighborhoods, age-groups, community organizations...
