RESOLUTION - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - ROSELAND AREA/SEBASTOPOL ROAD SPECIFIC PLAN
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Community Development Department that the Council, by resolution, authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Services Agreement with Pacific Municipal Consultants, in the amount of $646,904, for preparation of the Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report, which is to be paid from project JL Key 08036-Roseland/Sebastopol Road Plan.
