SANTA ROSA FIRE DEPARTMENT RECRUITMENT AND DIVERSITY STRATEGIC PLAN
Staff will present the Santa Rosa Fire Department Recruitment and Diversity Strategic Plan. This plan will guide the Fire Department into the future to address the improvement of both recruitment of qualified entry level candidates and the diversity of the organization. This plan provides short, mid, and long-term solutions to both identified improvement opportunities through a strategic adaptation to cultural and generational norms as well as a long-term, upstream investment in the community.
