ORDINANCE INTRODUCTION - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA AMENDING SECTION 15-16.030 (F) OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Attorney’s Office and Santa Rosa Water Utilities that the Council introduce an ordinance amending Title 15 (Sewers), section 15-16.030 (F), to correct a clerical error in the ending date for which persons paying sewer demand fees may request an administrative adjustment from the sewer demand fees established in 2007 to the newly adopted lower sewer demand fees.
