The Environmental Services Division includes the Laguna Treatment Plant Permitting, Laguna Environmental Lab, Environmental Compliance, and the Storm Water and Creeks team. The presentation will focus on recent projects and upcoming initiatives. The Board may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
