RESOLUTION - SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT APPROVAL - HARRIS & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH STONY POINT ROAD WIDENING - PHASE 2
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, approve a Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement #F000951, with Harris & Associates, Inc., a California Corporation, for construction management support services associated with Stony Point Road Widening - Phase 2, increasing the contract amount by $250,000.00, for a total amount of $2,114,726.16.
