To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Department of Utilities that the Council, by resolution, 1) authorize the joint grant application submittal with Redwood Empire Chapter of Trout Unlimited to the California Department of Water Resources Urban Streams Restoration Program for the Lower Colgan Creek Restoration Phase 2 project in southwest Santa Rosa, requesting up to $941,223.60 in grant funds for this $2.2 million restoration and pathway project; 2) authorize the Director of Utilities to negotiate and enter into all grant agreements with the California Natural Resources Agency, Department of Water Resources if the project is awarded funding; and 3) authorize the Chief Financial Officer to increase the project account JL Key 54024 by the approved grant amount.
