To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Santa Rosa Water Department that the Council, by resolution: 1) authorize Santa Rosa Water to submit a grant application to the State of California Natural Resources Agency, California River Parkways Grant Program for $494,903 for funding of the construction of Lower Colgan Creek Restoration Phase 2; 2) appoint the Director of Santa Rosa Water, or his designee, as agent to execute and submit all documents related to the grant; and 3) authorize appropriation of funding by the approved grant amount.
