To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

REZ14-015 BACKGROUND: The project involves a rezoning of a single parcel from CG (General Commercial) to IL (Light Industrial) to facilitate the construction of a 9,990 square foot contractor storage warehouse. The existing single family residence will be retained and used as a caretaker’s unit for the future storage use. The General Plan land use designation for the site is Light Industry, which is consistent with the proposed IL (Light Industrial) zoning district. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning Commission and the Planning and Economic Development Department that Council introduce an ordinance to Rezone property located at 372 Yolanda Ave from the CG (General Commercial) District to the IL (Light Industrial) District for consistency with the Light Industry General Plan land use designation.
