To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GSM LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, INC., FOR KAWANA SPRINGS COMMUNITY PARK MASTER PLAN AND 30% DESIGN BACKGROUND: The Recreation and Parks Department is seeking to complete the master planning process for Kawana Springs Community Park in Southeast Santa Rosa. Preliminary concepts were developed with public input May - August 2015. The next step towards a master plan is to provide 30% preliminary design and engineering plans and a master plan graphic. The top four Design and Engineering firms from the eight proposals received were asked to provide a presentation and GSM Landscape Architects Inc., was recommended based on their presentation and interview results. The scope of services includes public workshops and meetings. Design and engineering costs of $134,882 are funded from Zone 2 parkland dedication funds.
