To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: REPORT - ADOPTION OF LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN BACKGROUND: The Draft Local Hazard Mitigation Plan has been updated consistent with the requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide a set of strategies to reduce vulnerability to disaster through education and outreach programs, the development of partnerships, and the implementation of actions to reduce the impacts from a disaster. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Planning and Economic Development and Fire Departments that the Council, by resolution, adopt the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan.
