To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

REPORT - ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11-40 OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE - PUBLIC PARADES
BACKGROUND: The current language in Chapter 11-40 outlines street closure and permitting requirements for parades only. Council Policy 000-09 was developed to establish permitting procedures for special events and staff will recommend revisions to this policy in the near future. The proposed amendments to City Code Chapter 11-40 are intended to update the code to reflect actual permitting practices for a variety of special events and film production.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Recreation & Parks Department and the Transportation & Public Works Department that the Council introduce an Ordinance amending Chapter 11-40 “Public Parades” of the Santa Rosa City Code.
