To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FOR FUNDING STAFFING FOR ADEQUATE FIRE AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE (SAFER) IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,542,180 RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Santa Rosa Fire Department (SRFD) that the Council, by resolution, authorize staff to submit a grant application to FEMA for the Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) program in the total amount of $1,542,180 for three years of cost shared salaries and benefits for six (6) FTE firefighters. The SRFD is requesting authorization to submit a grant application for the 2017 FEMA SAFER Grant. If awarded, the SRFD will seek authorization from Council to accept or deny the grant funding opportunity prior to acceptance.
