To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: PUBLIC HEARING - PARKING RATE CHANGES AND PARKING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT BACKGROUND: In March 2017, the Council received the Santa Rosa Citywide Progressive Parking Management Strategy report, prepared by Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. This item makes recommendations regarding parking user fees and parking policies to implement those strategies. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Finance Department that the Council 1) introduce an ordinance amending Sections 11-08.060 and various sections of Chapter 11-24 Parking - Metered and Unmetered Locations of the Santa Rosa City Code, to implement best practices for managing parking; and 2) by resolution, adopt the Schedule of Parking User Fees, attached as Exhibit A.
