To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR HOMELESS OUTREACH SERVICES TEAM (HOST) PROGRAM BACKGROUND: Staff is seeking approval of an Amendment to Grant Agreement for Homeless Outreach Services Team (HOST) Program with Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa (Amendment), in the amount of $20,000, bringing the total amount under the agreement to $486,450 for Fiscal Year 2017/2018. The purpose of the additional funding is to reimburse Catholic Charities for expenses incurred to continue operation of the shelter at the Finley Community Center for a one-week period and to assess shelter clients and develop a shelter and/or or housing placement plan.
