To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by two Resolutions: 1) provide fund recipient certifications and assurances as required by the California Department of Transportation; 2) authorize the Director of Transportation and Public Works or designee to request $28,791 in State of Good Repair (SGR) funding; 3) authorize the Mayor to execute the authorized agent forms, and the Director of Transportation and Public Works to execute the certifications and assurances documents and all other required documents for this SGR funding request; and 4) authorize the Chief Financial Officer to increase appropriations in revenue and expenditures by the approved grant award.
