To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - CONTRACT EXTENSION - TENTH AMENDMENT TO F000799 GOLDEN GATE LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INC, SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA BACKGROUND: Landscape services, initially provided by Recreation & Parks, were outsourced as part of the 2009-10 budget savings strategies. Landscape services are required throughout various City of Santa Rosa locations, and the current Agreement is due to expire August 30, 2018. Approval of the tenth amendment will provide ongoing services while allowing City staff the additional time needed to measure deliverables being provided to address non-glyphosate, organic weed control methods within a new solicitation, ensure the Russian River-Friendly Landscape Guidelines compliance where applicable, provide for cost impact analysis, and solicit industry through a well-developed Request for Proposals(RFP) process.
