To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: RESOLUTION - RATIFICATION OF PROCLAMATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY On February 28, 2019, the Director of Emergency Services issued a Proclamation of Existence of a Local Emergency relating to conditions of extreme peril caused by winter storms starting February 25, 2019 and continuing through February 27, 2019 which have inundated the City’s Laguna Treatment Plant and surrounding critical infrastructure and facilities. It is recommended that Council, by resolution, ratify that Proclamation.
