Due to the provisions of the Governor's Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 which suspend certain requirements of the Brown Act, and the order of the Health Officer of the County of Sonoma to shelter in place to minimize the spread of COVID-19, until further notice the City Council will be using Zoom Webinars to host City Council Meetings. Title: SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM SMOKE TESTING Water Department - Local Operations staff will provide a staff report on the routine, preventative maintenance activity of smoke testing the wastewater collection system. Smoke testing is a method in which staff can locate and correct sources of inflow and infiltration, find leaks and illegal connections and to find abandoned sewer lines not previously identified. The Board may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
