To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.
Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING A REGIONAL ORGANICS PROCESSING FACILITY
The City, Zero Waste Sonoma (“ZWS”), and Renewable Sonoma, have an interest in understanding if Santa Rosa’s Laguna Treatment Plant (“Plant”) can provide a future home to an in-county, Regional Organics Processing Facility. Both the City and ZWS have agreed to negotiate with Renewable Sonoma regarding such a facility. The City has entered into an exclusive negotiation agreement with Renewable Sonoma for the lease of property near the Plant. Staff will provide a status update on negotiations.
