To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - COUNCIL VACANCY APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES BACKGROUND: Council member Julie Combs resigned from the City Council effective November 25, 2019. Her resignation created a vacancy on the Council. Section 31 of the Santa Rosa City Charter provides that such vacancy may be filled either (a) by appointment by the Council within 60 days of the vacancy, or (b) by the calling of a special election. On December 3, 2019, the Council determined to fill the vacancy by appointment. The appointment by the Council is governed by Council Policy No. 000-23. In accordance with Policy No. 000-23, on December 3, 2019, the Council took the following actions: 1.
