To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.
Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

VEHICLE MILES TRAVELED
BACKGROUND: Staff will present an informational item on Vehicle Miles Traveled Miles (VMT) which will become a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirement on July 1, 2020. As of December 2018, Office of Planning (OPR) completed an update to the CEQA Guidelines to implement the requirements of SB 743. The Guidelines state that VMT must be the metric used to determine significant transportation impacts.
