To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - RESOLUTION - RATIFICATION OF PROCLAMATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY BACKGROUND: On March 2, 2020, the Director of Emergency Services issued a Proclamation of Existence of a Local Emergency relating to existence or threatened existence of conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property within the City due to two presumptive positive cases of novel coronavirus (COVID 19) as confirmed by the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services and the anticipation of additional cases in Sonoma County from non-travel, community transmission due to the increase of these cases in the country, combined with the worldwide uncontrolled spread of COVID-19. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that Council, by resolution, ratify the Proclamation of Existence of Local Emergency signed on March 2, 2020.
