To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Attention Mac User for Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100: In order to view attachments on agendas, hold down the Control key and using your mouse track-pad select the attachment you would like to view. Then select the option to Open Link in New Tab.

Title: “Open & Out”: Opportunity for Temporary Public Art in Courthouse Square On February 3, 2020, the Art in Public Places Committee approved the 20-21 Annual Work Plan which allocated public art funds for temporary public art installations in Courthouse Square. There is now an opportunity to direct a portion or all of the funds towards the Open & Out program with the funds paying artists for temporary art installations and engagements. Recommended Action: Approve direction and amount of funding to the Open & Out Call for Artist program.
