To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - RESOLUTION - RATIFICATION OF PROCLAMATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY BACKGROUND: On September 27, 2020, the Acting Director of Emergency Services issued a Proclamation of Existence of a Local Emergency relating to existence or threatened existence of conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property within the City due to the Shady Fire, now a part of the Glass Fire Incident, which entered into the city limits of the City of Santa Rosa destroying numerous homes, threatening hundreds of additional homes and businesses, and requiring the evacuation of tens of thousands of residents and visitors. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that Council, by resolution, ratify the Proclamation of Existence of Local Emergency signed on September 27, 2020.
