To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:
1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up. Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Santa Rosa Water charges demand fees to new development for capacity in the water and wastewater systems. Santa Rosa Water’s current demand fee study was last adopted by City Council in 2014. Santa Rosa Water Staff and consultants, The Reed Group, Inc. and Hildebrand Consulting, will be presenting a review of the demand fee methodology, governance, water use factors and trends in customer uses driving preliminary numbers for the 2021 demand fee study update.
