To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: RESOLUTION - AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF GRANT APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION’S DIVISION OF BOATING AND WATERWAYS, FOR BOATING PROGRAMS SAFETY EQUIPMENT AT LAKE RALPHINE IN HOWARTH PARK RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Recreation and Parks that the Council, by resolution, (1) authorize the submittal of a grant application to the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation’s Division of Boating and Waterways in the amount of $6,400 to enhance the City’s boating safety and education programs at Lake Ralphine in Howarth Park through the purchase of an electric motor and receive scholarship funding for community members; (2) authorize the Interim Assistant City Manager to submit the application, execute agreements and amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, and administer the grant; and (3) authorize the Chief Financial Officer to increase appropriations in revenue and expenditures by the approved grant award.
