To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: ORDINANCE ADOPTION SECOND READING - ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA ADDING CHAPTER 9-28 TO TITLE 9 HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE SANTA ROSA CITY CODE PERTAINING TO FUELS MITIGATION PILE BURNING RECOMMENDATION: This ordinance, introduced at the March 16, 2021, Regular Meeting, by a 7-0-0 vote, allows private landowners with parcels of five (5) acres or more in size and located in the City’s Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area to obtain a permit from the Fire Department to perform pile burning to reduce wildfire fuel hazards to accomplish a combination of fire protection and resource management goals. Similarly, private landowners on smaller parcels both in and outside of the Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area may apply for a permit; however, these will only be permitted on a case-by-case basis as determined by the fire Chief.
