REPORT - LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PECOS LEAGUE OF PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL CLUBS, LLC TO USE DOYLE PARK BASEBALL FIELD
BACKGROUND: The baseball field at Doyle Community Park is for the use and benefit of the public; however, the City, through its Recreation Division, has determined that there are certain days and hours which may be made available for organizations to rent the facilities for designated use. Pecos League of Professional Baseball Clubs, LLC requests designated use of the facilities for a professional baseball team to be named the Santa Rosa Scuba Divers for baseball trainings and league games. The City desires to make the facility available to Pecos League on a license basis for the purpose of providing the program.
