BACKGROUND: The applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 114,884-square-foot industrial building, Northpoint Commerce Center, located at 1408, 1416 and 1420 Thunderbolt Way. The Project is in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 because it is consistent the General Plan.
