BACKGROUND: The proposed project includes a four-story, 114-room hotel on a 4.6-acre site. A 92,100 square foot, 48-foot 10-inch tall, building would occupy the undeveloped project parcel. In addition to hotel rooms, the project includes a fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool and lawn area. One hundred sixteen (116) on-site parking spaces are proposed.
