The proposed Professional Services Agreement with the Sonoma Resource Conservation District (Sonoma RCD) will provide technical support for the City’s implementation of the Water Quality Trading Framework for the Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed. The agreement will support annual verification and reporting for existing credit generating projects and identify and evaluate potential future credit-generating projects needed to maintain compliance with the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) phosphorus effluent limitation. Santa Rosa Water recommends entering into a Professional Services Agreement with Sonoma RCD with an amount not to exceed $132,550.50. | | |
