Santa Rosa Water staff released a request for proposals (RFP) for the preparation of CEQA compliance documents for expanded groundwater supply strategies, including new groundwater production wells, converting existing emergency wells into production wells, and local aquifer storage and recovery wells per the work plan of the 2023 Santa Rosa Water Supply Alternatives Plan.
