This project will implement recommendations presented under the Laguna Treatment Plant (LTP) Power Master Plan, updated January 18, 2023. A conditions-based risk assessment identified that much of the electrical infrastructure at LTP is at the end of its useful service life. This project will replace major assets within the electrical distribution system rated with a high probability of failure. It will also convert existing overhead power poles to underground thereby eliminating the need for specialized overhead line work crews and reduce damage from inclement weather and natural hazards. These critical improvements will provide reliable services into the future. The Capitol Projects Engineering Team proposes entering into a professional services agreeme   Not available Not available
