The City submitted an ATP application requesting $12.0 million for the construction phase of the Highway 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing to both the state and Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) for consideration. While the application was not awarded funds in the statewide competition, MTC awarded the City with funds from their regional allocation at their April 28, 2021 Commission meeting.
