| 1 | 4.2 | EOP Update | CAS- Agenda Item | UPDATE ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SANTA ROSA WATER ENERGY OPTIMIZATION PLANS
Santa Rosa Water staff will present an update on the 2019 Energy Optimization Plans (EOPs) and their implementation. The EOPs, completed by Kennedy/Jenks Consultants (K/J) in 2019, provided the opportunity for Santa Rosa Water staff to holistically evaluate the Regional Water Reuse and Water Operations systems, their energy practices, and potential improvements in pursuit of economic and environmental benefits. Santa Rosa Water staff worked with K/J and evaluated and prioritized potential measures for implementation. While many projects have already been implemented, staff have identified the need to further investigate some prioritized projects to better understand if the measures should be pursued given recently updated parameters, and if so, when, and how.
