To translate an agenda into the language of your choice:

1. Click on the Accessible Agenda link for the specific meeting date and it will open an .html of the agenda.
2. Right click on that page, and a dialogue box pops up.  Scroll to translate agenda to (select language of your choice), and click on that command.

Title: REPORT - AMENDMENT TO SANTA ROSA CITY CODE CHAPTER 3-44, PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT POLICY BACKGROUND: The purpose and intent of these amendments are to: a) enhance City employees’ ability to perform maintenance or repair work; b) formally enact a prevailing wage ordinance governing all City public works contracts, which include requirements that are equal to the requirements imposed by the provisions of the California Prevailing Wage Law; c) clarify the definition of “competitive bidding”; and d) allow progress payments to be made on minor public works contracts. RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council introduce an ordinance amending Sections 3-44.020, 3-44.070, and 3-44.080; Repealing Sections 3-44.160 and 3-44.180; and adding Section 3-44.210 Chapter 3-44 of The Santa Rosa City Code.
