RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Water and Finance Departments that the Council, by resolution, approve bid award and General Service Agreement F002195 for CCTV services to the Roseland drain pipe system to Summit Pipelines, Auburn, CA, in the amount not to exceed $128,200.
