Title: RESOLUTION - 2026 SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE SANTA ROSA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE SUMMER PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH RECOMMENDATION: The Housing and Community Services Department recommends that the Council, by resolution, approve the 2026 Service Contract with Santa Rosa City School District (Agreement), to provide services for summer youth programs and authorize the Director of Housing and Community Services or designee to negotiate, execute and administer the Agreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney. The Santa Rosa City School District will provide the City $72,019 for operations of the programs; revenue and expenditures are included in the FY 2025/2026 budget and the proposed FY 2026/2027 budget.
