REPORT ITEM - INTRODUCING THE PROPOSED CULTURAL HERITAGE BOARD PROCEDURES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, WHICH WILL SUPERSEDE THE EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to Zoning Code Section 20-60.070, the Cultural Heritage Board shall adopt procedures, regulations, and rules for the purposes of scheduling and conducting its meetings, transacting its business, and exercising its functions and powers as it deems appropriate. The proposed Procedures, Rules and Regulations will supersede the current Rules and Regulations, bringing Board practices in compliance with applicable regulations
