REPORT - Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article III Fiscal Year (FY) 2022/2023
BACKGROUND: Staff may request TDA Article III for the construction phase of Highway 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing.
RECOMMENDATION: The Board, by motion, may support the staff’s recommendation to allocate $600,000 of FY 2022/2023 TDA funds for the Highway 101 Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing construction phase.
