RESOLUTION - CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL DOCUMENTS - DELEGATION OF SIGNATURE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION ZONE ENHANCEMENT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM (COZEEP) SERVICES
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that the Council, by resolution, delegate authority to the Directors of the Departments of Transportation and Public Works, and Water or their designees to approve and execute California Highway Patrol (CHP) standard forms and agreements for the Construction Zone Enhancement Enforcement Program (COZEEP).
